still no job offer, but moderator removed my photo, so I had to reupload it. Also, some Yandex Jew here, after seeing my homepage (http://vk.com/antisemitic), said that he will personally take care so that I'll never find a job in IT. What I'm doing rong?

It all depends on whom you hang with.  In certain circles, asserting that jews are evil or that skydaddy exists are social requirements.

Gender is a social construct, and diversity is a statistical indicator of decorrelation between race and ${whatever}.

By asserting that gender is not a social construct, you are justifying gender roles (which basically amounts to putting pressure on people to do things they don't want to, which amounts to being an asshole) and singling out people outside the gender binary (such as mathematicians).
