Wait what the fuck? How does perseverance makes a woman less feminine? I don't really get why you think ``genders'' are constraining our children's development.
Not perseverance, but strength, independence, competition and even intelligence (at least the mathematical kind (i.e. the one that actually matters)) are seen as psychologically non-feminine characteristics.

Without gender, males don't have to act tough and overconfident, and females don't have to spend over 5 minutes in front of the mirror in the morning or to glorify mathematical and scientific ignorance.
