- Genetically different from the host population?  Check.
- Survive and spread by parasitically eating up host population's resources?  Check.
- Can reprogram a host organism's cell to produce Jews until it uses up its power and then die?  Check (e. g. Russia/USSR)
- Actively suppress host immune system?  Check.
- Designed specifically to harm the host population?  Check.
