I hope this will help to highlight the breadth of the biggest problem of todays hacker culture: its embarrassing lack of gender diversity.

That it doesn't matter if you are black, white, yellow or woman is a common fallacy. It does matter. I would even propose to look also to race.

The problem is with the everybody is equal mantra, is that it is not true. Put a Jew in a place where a lot of money is processed and he starts to steel. Let a black man work at a kindergarten and he will cure his aids by raping children.

This can be solved easily, but only if we dear to say we are different. We all have our own place in society. The black man is good at working at the land. That is his place, his context. Every human, black, yellow or even woman are evolved into specialized forms. The human should be the leader. The human is recognizable, because he is white. The woman should be the cook and care taker of the children. This gives a happiness and at the end we should not try to equalize people, but maximize their happiness.



The white man is good as leader.
