This will solve all of spammer-san's problems.
1. Deanonymize all of the /prog/'s posters from 2004-2010.
2. Track them down and capture them.
3. Bind and torture them.
4. Present them with a terminal only capable of posting on /prog/.
5. Permit them to eat only if they make posts that are similar to the ones they made during 2004-2010.
