Although an open proxy that can be accessed from tor would be enough. To ensure it never gets banned, it can block all posts going to the 4chan image boards. Posts going to the text boards just need to validated to see if they aren't failed attempts at automated posting. It would be fun to write a text board but it has the problem of fragmenting /prog/. Although it could use automated posting to forward all new posts to the original /prog/. But at that point it may as well be a proxy.
