Just construct chains knowing that A > B and B > C -> A > C
Given two chains you can combine them by trying to fit the end point of one to the starting point of another. You're good if you get lucky and end1 < start2 or the reverse.

Most likely you end up with a binary tree when combining two chains, so that some node A in the tree has two chains under it: A > C1 and  A >C2
In this case you do the same trick to combine the chains.

I wrote it out terribly, but something like this happens I imagine. You can improve on this easily.
