no need touring complete to be programming

it doesn't have to be touring complete to be programming

for example when you write HTML you are programming the abstract HTML layout machine

most programs don't make essential use of turing completeness. arbitrarily declaring that you're only programming if the language you write something in (note how hypocritial this is, you may well be using a sub-turing subset of a language) is turing complete is just an result of the pathetic arrogance shit-tier programmers use to make themselves feel like they're better than someone.

>>1 mostly agree, though HTML was probably not the best example (although obviously deliberate..?)
I'd say the reason hmtl gets picked on, is that it is missing the Selection (if-then) and Iteration (for/while) of the Holy [Sequence / Selection / Iteration] Programming Trinity... also it has no native ability for Functions/Procedures [basically no Jesus..?] So maybe 1/4tr of a proper language, you are still issuing coded instructions, but in said limited fashion.
Just add javascript !
