Actually, I was thinking about making a software license that bans non-open-source (not non-free) software from running on the same machine. It's hard to eliminate all the loopholes, though (e.g. what is the "same machine"? is a virtual machine a different machine? what if I run closed-source software on a USB dongle or a PCI extension card).
