wput ftp specifed port

Hi All, Anybody ever heard about WPUT ? I want to send some packed files by this small tool on windows, and i want to use specifed port for example 12345, Is it possible ? How to do it?
I'm using: [ in .bat ]
wput.exe -R "C:\file.rar" ftp://login:password@server:12345\file.rar
It's not working

Dumb question: does the FTP standard even allow ports other than 20/21?
