PHP & Windows being shit.

I.. just installed PHP on Windows.. Because I missed PHP.

Well anyway. When I tried to upload a file, I got a very strange 'error', php managed to save file to the temp folder, so when calling move_uploaded_file It actually moved the file.. BUT without users permissions, I had to manually set the permissions (View/edit/delete, etc) of the file. Well.. the parent folder has all the permitions, I don't know why it is saving the files without permissions any Idea how to fix this?

Try programming in Microsoft Word (only Genuine will do).  It points out errors in your code quite well.
