I'd be happy to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he's just using YouTube as a service without resorting to all the e-celebrity bullshit (and he made a video to this effect), but he's also on Facebook and Reddit now, so I figure he's basically giving in to social media while also complaining about people who do.
