What to wear when programming?

Is a suit appropriate?

Name: Anonymous 2012-11-03 13:15

Some people don't program in suits?

Name: Anonymous 2012-11-03 13:16

I usually wear nothing.

Name: Anonymous 2012-11-03 13:19

I wear panties, a skirt, and a pink spaghetti-strap tee shirt. I look so pretty as I hack away and I feel like a little girl.

go to the companies website and see if they have pics of themselves, then you can see if they go casual or formal

Name: Anonymous 2012-11-03 16:27

I usually wear a latex PVC jumpsuit, personally.

Name: Anonymous 2012-11-03 16:28

shirt with at least two stains and jeans.

Name: Anonymous 2012-11-03 19:43

Jeans, a robe I got from one of my deceased granfather suits and a fedora to feel like a fukken new age magician.

Sometimes I also smoke a pipe and write in FORTRAN in my special clothing but with a beret instead of the fedora because it feels so vintage.
Sadly some of you will thinking I'm joking.

Slacks (jeans on friday) and a button up shirt.  But I'm a corporate pig.

Name: Anonymous 2012-11-03 21:45

Vintage fitted plaid button up shirts, skinny jeans and either wingtips or boat shoes.

Name: Anonymous 2012-11-03 22:39

T-shirt with kaomoji, sweatpants and sneakers.

All of you are fucking hipsters who care too much about their appearance. It's not like you work for a TURKEY SOLUTIONS company.

Programmers are ugly. The only photographs on company websites are stock images of models.
