Yes, but you will be discriminated against in the job market for not having a degree.
But if you give yourself the time and the resources, you can become better educated then most college graduates. Go to a college website and look through a sequence of classes you are interested in. Buy an out of date version of the class book and learn
everything in it. Or do the same for free resources on the net. Start small projects that employ the concepts you are learning. Rinse and repeat.
If you want to get a job soon you should focus on the languages and skills you see in the job ads.
