i hate my life

i spent the few days working on an open source project and right before I get everything perfect and am about to pull I see someone commited the same thing and it was denied even though it was in TODO.

Banishment implies authority, and authority comes from power, be it from centralized power (dictatorship), or from decentralized power (consensus/"democracy").  Since dictatorships are indisputably evil, the only possibility left is decentralized power.  But then you need consensus, and the laws you are proposing are going to be met with very strong opposition; if such civil rights-infringing laws were to come even close to passing, civil war would be imminent.  Surely you don't want to fight social inequity with war...
