Rapists and mass murderers
Alleged rapists and mass murderers.  Conviction does not imply guilt, and the justice system has fucked up oh so many times.  Also, most of the aforementioned disgusting individuals happen to be very mentally deranged, so work should be done on fixing them instead.  I would agree, though, if they were allowed to commit assisted suicide on request.
