Fine, then put the bad people in prisons/mental hospitals and leave the good people alone, i.e. what we've been doing all along. How does the ,,jewishness'' attribute change anything in the equation?

What is the exact intent of that? Simple historical interest, or inspiring hatred of a group based on what some members of the group did at some point in the past?
