/prog/ SHOULD follow the RFC 2119[1] for clarification purpose.

Updates: 2119

      The key words "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL
      NOT", "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED",  "MAY", and
      "OPTIONAL" in this document are to be interpreted as described in
      RFC 2119.
      In addition, "ENTERPRISE KEY WORDS" MUST include the correct BBCode format.

Big fucking deal. If you're using HTTP without libraries for abstraction you're doing it wrong anyway. Writing only the minimalistic HTTP requests you can be bothered to craft by hand is bad for the Web.
