I've been reading over the spec and can't seem to find the part where it describes the actual transfer of a USB packet. Are they moved using DMA, MMIO, or something else entirely?

and then in your code

"4.3.1.3.1 Buffer Address Determination

The CurrentBufferPointer value in the General TD is the address of the data buffer that will be used for a data packet transfer to/from the endpoint addressed by the ED. When the transfer is completed without an error of any kind, the Host Controller advances the value of CurrentBufferPointer by the number of bytes transferred"

It doesn't matter how the data is tranferred. Write the data to memory and point the controller to it.
