Richard Cox, pen-name Uncle SAM, is the sole known member of Team Orleans Kumiko, and is the designer, programmer, script writer, and composer of the extremely popular Western Purojekuto. He is seen to be rather reclusive and it's known that he's very fond of beer. He was employed by Intel Corporation, and had been involved in the production of various Intel titles as a programmer.
