Greeks and Italians are the most Jewish, then goes the "white" population of Moscow, Paris and New York (almost completely Jewish). Major Ukraine cities are relatively Jewish. Poles are surprisingly non-Jewish, compared to Moscow or Paris. Germans are somewhat Jewish, despite all Hitler's efforts, there we too much intermixing and Nazis spared 1/2 Jews.

French food is the basis of most good food on this planet. About half of all non-industrial culinary processes and principles that are now used by everyone were invented in France. I hate the French with passion, but their food (when done properly) most certainly dominates the ``delicious food'' subset of ``all food''. No other national cuisine comes close.
