Sepples and FOIC inside

I know the basics of Python, C++, and Javascript, but I want to use them all together and have no idea how to even approach it. I want to make a poker game in Javascript + HTML5, and have a human play against a bot. I want to write the bot in Python to begin with, but I have no idea how to link these two separate parts. Can someone point me in the right direction?
