It implies his family has been living in the Netherlands since they made everyone take surnames, which was a long fucking time ago. The Dutch Jews came over from Germany much later than that.
So it's a good idea for a Jew to take such surname. For example,dDue to prevalent domestic antisemitism, most Russian kikes were forced to changed their original "-man" and "-sky" surnames to typical Russian "-ov" surnames, so a Perlovsky/Perelman kike now calls himself Perlov or just Perlo (if he lives in Ukraine). I think the same must be true for Netherlands kikes, trying to mimic their host cells in order to avoid being hit by immune system.
