Steve Jobs understood technology better than many Engineers. He was a genius. He combined arts and technology well. He was a modern Michelangelo. Steve Jobs founded the world's most valuable technology company for god sake! He invented the future, a pure visionary. Jobs wasn't by any means an engineer? You gotta be kidding me! Why did Atari recruit him? You should look at his contribution deeply. He created a huge impact in the industry more than anybody! Apple pioneered personal computer revolution, portable music player revolution, smart phone revolution, tablet computers revolution. Rest of the companies followed them! He changed the way people experience entertainment and made it easier, accessible. The list goes on and on.. He is truly the father of personal computers. Devices invented for masses, with one on one interaction that will become a part of people's life. He created tools for human use. Tools that were artistically beautiful! He could connect various technology which were results of contribution of great people and built tools for masses. He built things for people even when he was struck by cancer. Maybe not an engineer, but an engineer artist like Leonardo Da Vinci who was a painter, sculptor, architect, musician, scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist, and writer. His genius, perhaps more than that of any other figure, epitomized the Renaissance humanist ideal. Steve Jobs is like Leonardo Da Vinci for modern technology!
