What is faster to those in the surrounding area, some kind of CDN like amazon cloudfront, or nginx+an in memory data base like redis /memcached ?

i care most about the speed to requests with 25 miles of me.

There's do dynamic content, just a blob of html and javascript.

I'd like to get the latency down under .1ms
right now its at .3 with caching and 1s without
