It's because they look for anything matching "C". If you clicked on what they counted as "C", only like 1/3 of them were actual programming jobs, and there were a lot of non-programming jobs completely unrelated to C, but that just happened to have C in the name. Those were all bringing the average down. But with C++, javascript, etc, they're not as commonly found outside of programming (the name), so you don't have to worry about it.
