REBOL - Better than LISP?

Does anyone have experience on REBOL? what are your thoughts on it? Claims to be homoiconic and they have native types for dates, time, urls even email. Douglas Crockford even said that REBOL was one of the inspiration behind JSON.

Making a REBOL at home:
Take Prolog, remove backtracking, add LOGO syntax.

Its pretty neat, but its hard to compete with free nowadays.
