Comissioning a plug-in?

Name: OP !!ef08jUhCIL3kGfW 2012-07-17 8:30

Okay, so I need a 'device' for a wordpress blog, but I'm pretty sure I'm too much of an inept dumbass tard to actually make anything myslelf w/o losing massive amounts of time.

I want something that'd let the visitors make publicly visible requests complete with .jpg/.png/etc. refference material, leave email/other type of contact only visible for me. These requests would then be voted upon by other viewers and depending on which would be the most popular I'd make OC out of it. Democratized drawfaggotry.

I'm guessing it'd be easier if it was a plug-in, because not everyone knows PHP which Wordpress is written with and it's a bit of clustefuck of alanguage? Am I getting this right?

So my questions are as fallows:
1. How much would you charge for that?
2. How do I check if the plug-in/custom subsite doesn't contain some sort of backdoor for Anon to assrape me? I know I know, paranoia.
3. Would anybody here be up for it? Any contacts? I'd rather give work to anon than anybody else.
