Chinese programmers are shit.  PRC Chinese software testing/QA is nonexistent.  I don't know why are they still trying.  Taiwan is slightly better, although I didn't work with Taiwan Chinese more than on a few occasions.  And I've never heard of any software written in South Corea.

However, tons of popular software of varying quality comes from Russia.  According to Wikipedia, Russian-developed software brands include Kaspersky, Parallels, StarForce.

Not to mention that Brin is a Russian Jew.
