Programming is shit

I'm going to school for Computer Science, but after a year, i've realized programming is a shitty job and completely boring 99% of the time.

Unless i find myself something really interesting, i don't even put the effort into programming random toy things. It's just so boring.


Is this normal?

yes its normal. in fact as soon as scientist perfect quantum computers, programming languages, alrogrithms, everything involved with computer science will be made obsolete as...oh say auto workers, or any other job that has been made obsolete in 1st world nations. enjoy programming while it lasts, its a passing fad
