I was told that this board is exclusionary to womyn so I have come here to join your "boys club".  I notice that you say a lot of sexist things so from now on, you better watch it.  Stop assuming that a person who is a programmer can't be of other genders.

What femenists don't understand is that leadership, protection, provision and control are behaviours that are inherently part of men's biology. While it's not wrong for women to hold positions of power and leader over other men and women, the inherent biological makeup of women means they'll serve a different role in social dynamics.
