Why are Indians the best programmers?

I've noticed over the past decade that the nerd department where I work all the white neckbeards have slowly disappeared and the place has now turned into a curry factory.

So how come Indians are so much better than whites at programming? That last people you'd think would be master programmers would be the street shitters.

Not a troll I'm just curios as to why this has happened. If they lack creativity and innovation then why were so many fat whites fired from good paying jobs by the higher ups and replaced with these imports? They must be better at what they do - programming. Or are you saying you know more than a CEO?
