Salary

I'm looking for a new job. Previously I've always been paid hourly but I think most likely my new job will be salary. A lot of these jobs are asking for salary requirements but I am unsure what I should be asking for. I have 2 years of experience under my belt and I am a Web Developer in the Midwest region of US.

Look online for web development jobs in your area. That ought to give you an idea about the salary you could demand. I'd suspect that most job requirements would specify 4 years experience for everything - no matter how current the technology is.
