OP, youre asking for something that does not exist, there is no beginners C++ book because C++ is not a beginners language. Go ahead and read C++ for Dummies, Teach Yourself C++ in 21 Days, Accelerated C++, or any other commonly recommended C++ book, Then run all the console apps that average grades and keep warehouse supply orders so you can fool yourself into believing you program C++ when actually your helpless to do anything but idiot console apps. Youve probably already read a bunch of C++ books and you think its just that one C++ you missed that is holding you back from being a leet hacker. You'll still keep coming back over and over asking for something that does not exist because you are too stupid to take advice that was given you in the first place, dont learn C++ till youve learned C and Java/C#.
