"Hacking"

Why is it called "hacking", when it should be called "wasting time doing shit that isn't documented"?

Hacking is what you do to your wife when you find out that she has cheated on you with another man. Hack her into tiny bits and then use her hacked up body as fertilizer for your lawn.
