What do you mean? I don't have NoScript installed on this particular computer and yet nothing happened when I went to that site. Perhaps it's because I'm not using Windows?

oh, the google analytics js thing? i redirect google analytics to 0.0.0.0 in my /etc/hosts file, so it doesn't matter
