This board is shit. It's like /g/ without desktop threads but worse. There are no serious threads or threads about programming worth reading. The worst part is that it's filled with spam all the time.

No, it shifts like a sine. Goes from normal to good to normal to shit and so on, like every few months.

Not at the moment, but /prog/ hasnt changed, so it will go back to an acceptable state sooner or late.
