A /prog/ Framework Proposal

I am in planning stages to build a Framework to suit /prog/'s needs. Desirable features are:

-> Danmaku shooter Libraries;
-> Optional non-shitty paradoxal GC;
-> While the Program itself is compiled, features built-in extensible to Common LISP dialect scripting with forced lazy evaluation;
-> Native lambda with a comprehensible, Scheme-like syntax;
-> Written in   D    <- Just kidding, I wouldn't be THAT MUCH of a faggot.
