Anime used to be good. It used to have characters with depth. Plots that weren't convoluted. Art that wasn't just trying to be cute or sexualized.
Now just look at today's shit. Lucky Star, K-ON, and whatever's going on this season (I don't even keep up with it anymore). Stupid ``moe'' shit appealing to pedophiles and sexually-frustrated autistic basement dwellers. No decent anime anymore. As long as it's aesthetically pleasing and can provide faggots with fap material, then it'll sell, and that means more of it will be produced.
But really, it's your fault as the fans for having it turn out this way. The industry caters to the fans who will pay money for things. If moeshit wasn't popular, it wouldn't be made. So do anime a favor and stop liking shitty anime.
