You may be able to take measurements and you may achieve a maximum over a set of people, but as more people are added to the set, you will inevitably no longer hold the maximum, unless you happen to be the best human programmer, and this will become meaningless once computers are better programmers than people...tis better to program for the sake of enjoyment, than for the pursuit of being the bestest.
