Debug my scheme program please!

Sisc (my scheme interpreter) is telling me that
(ContainsDuplicates n) and
(MakeListFromKeys l)

are not procedures. Gives me the error "Attempt to apply non-procedure '#!void'"

What exactly does Racket change that is not available in Scheme? What makes this program work in Racket and not in Scheme?
