true, being locked up for 15 years almost seems worse than death though... less cruel to just kill someone..
Perhaps murderers should just be left somewhere to die, like a cage in a desert, with no food or water instead ^^
Nobody has to actually kill the murderer that way either =)
Only problem is what if they're innocent?
