My idea failed:
1. BT to set CF if flag is set.
2. SALC to set AL to 0xFF if CF set.
3. AND with something.
4. Repeat for other bit.
5. ADD.

Only problem is that SALC is undocumented and doesn't work in my processor (tried .byte 0xD6).
