Bad HTML

This site uses <br /> for blank newlines. That's invalid, and it prevents /prog/ from rendering properly in lynx :(

Last time I checked, the "/>" is for tags that are in singles rather than pairs, and so therefore aren't supposed to be closed.

Singles:
  <meta http-equiv="blah" content="blah blah blah" />
  ...
  Text. <br /> Next line, more text.
Pairs:
  <p> Text in a paragraph. <b>Bold</b> text. Etc. </p>
