Is it possible to teach some animals(like monkeys) basic programming skills and make them program something useful?

My company uses indians to program simple things.

probably, it would just take too much time to teach this to a monkey, but monkeys have been proven to be better than humans in math,(prolly coz there brains have less GC and allow less slack)
also math -> funtional-> lisp, easier to replace Lispers with monkeys

Give millions of monkeys SLIME and infinite time and you will almost surely get a non-shit GC.
