Read between the lines, he said explicitly that it didn't count, which means that while he thinks /prog/ is a forum, it shouldn't be part of the search of a forum more autistic than OSDev.
I pointed out that there was no need to state that as /prog/ isn't a forum, and is therefore implicitly removed from the search.
