I agree but only because other nations haven't had as much experience with computation as english-speaking nations, so they haven't developed words to express these ideas yet.

my brother took computer science and 3 or 4 years later was making $100,000 CAD a year at EA, he told me he learned pascal among other things in computer science. I think its cool you can make money from things that don't really physically exist. It beats working on a construction site in the dead of winter. I might give it a try, take some sort of pre test to see if I have what it takes to be a programmer. The best human language must be English because us English speakers invented all the programming languages and to give you one example using a language you wont need, printf is a command and would make more sense to an English speaker than someone from China.

Is it possible to write a computer programming language that is capable of expressing every other computer programming language including itself?
It this the basis of Turing completeness, or does that just encompass the programs the programming languages are capable of producing not the language itself?
