Yes, that may be true, perhaps the Universe can restart/reset itself (Penrose's Conformal Cyclic Cosmology), or maybe the holographic membrane of the universe evaporates and is recycled by external/adjacent universes in some sort of Multiverse theory.
But here's the thing, it doesn't matter. All prior information is lost at the point when maximal entropy is achieved, including any macroscopic computational processes.
