Did /prog/ just go to shit

You know, /prog/ had been doing pretty good for several months ever since the ``fart'' spammer died. Now it's suddenly shit again.

I don't get why people still think spamming/bumping old threads is entertaining. It's like realizing you can type echo penis into your command line, than repeating it over and over `for the lulz'.
