look at all these ``GC languages'' that haven't collected themselves yet. what a waste of resources! GC can't be trusted for anything!

The Garbage Collector collects the the garbage of all run times that do not collect their own garbage, and only the run times that do not collect their own garbage. Who collects the Garbage Collector's garbage?
